Scope, timeline, and rate are confirmed in writing. Engagements are available on both testifying and consulting expert bases.

Work Product
Expert analysis, reports, testimony, and litigation support are provided as needed. Reports are prepared consistent with applicable Rule 26 requirements and retaining counsel’s direction.
